GM issues bulletin for Service High Voltage Message on some of its EVs

Bulletin No.: PIT6424B

GM has issued a service bulletin for many of its EVs regarding a Service High Voltage Message which is accompanied by DTC B3A6B stored.

The list of vehicles affected is as follows:

If your vehicle is displaying this error, it may be due to a software anomaly.  You should take the vehicle to your local dealer who will verify the Battery Energy Control Module (BECM) has the latest available software installed and to have the error cleared.  GM may also release a future OTA software update to address this issue.
