For your protection, some orders may require additional verification before shipping. If we’re unable to complete verification, the order will be cancelled and refunded.
Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must have a defect in workmanship to be eligible for return. Physical damage and/or damage during shipping are not considered a defect in workmanship and will not be approved.
Returns that are not due to a defect in workmanship may still be approved for return if they meet all of the following criteria:
- the same condition that you received it
- unworn or unused
- with tags and in its original packaging
- You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase
Items returned for any reason other than a defect in workmanship may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your item(s). Item(s) sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to approve or deny returns at our sole discretion.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Purchases made through links to partner sites are subject to our partners return policy. If you have questions or problems returning items you purchase from one of our partners you can reach out to us via email. Please note that we are not responsible for any items purchased through partner sites and not purchased from us directly.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Restocking Fees
Certain returns (see return requirements above) that do not meet all our return policy terms may still be approved at our sole discretion. These returns may be charged a 20% restocking fee.
Damaged Items
Damaged items are not able to be returned. Any items returned damaged will not be accepted.
Declined Returns
If a return is approved, shipped, and found to be damaged or otherwise ineligible for return, the customer will be contacted and provided the option to have the item:
a) return shipped at customer expense
b) responsibly recycled free of charge
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post a refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@evoutdoors.com. If your refund is not approved, it is subject to the declined returns policy listed above.
