Silverado EV / Sierra EV Sitting Crooked? Here’s What It Means

GM has issued technical service bulletin 25-NA-152 for some of their BT1 based battery electric trucks to address issues with the air suspension that may cause the vehicle to lean to one side or have the appearance that it is not sitting level.

This issue can be caused by a leaking air spring valve located in the shock.  GM notes that the air spring valve is now a serviceable item.

If your vehicle is not experiencing these symptoms no action is necessary.  If your vehicle is experiencing these symptoms, schedule service with your local Chevrolet or GMC dealer.  They will diagnose the air lines and the air spring valve and replace the affected part if necessary to correct the issue.

The following vehicles are affected by this bulletin:

2024-2026 Silverado EV

2022-2025 GMC Hummer EV

2024-2026 GMC Sierra EV
