Rivian is initiating a customer satisfaction campaign for some model year 2022-2023 R1T and R1S vehicles that were manufactured with a certification label that has the incorrect manufacturing date. Rivian will install an updated certification label.
Approximate Build Dates Affected: August 2021 through October 2023
