Install New Certification Label, R1T and R1S

Rivian Campaign RCA-60-25-001-1

Rivian is initiating a customer satisfaction campaign for some model year 2022-2023 R1T and R1S vehicles that were manufactured with a certification label that has the incorrect manufacturing date. Rivian will install an updated certification label.

Approximate Build Dates Affected: August 2021 through October 2023

If your vehicle falls within these build dates, you should reach out to Rivian service to see if this campaign applies to your vehicle.

Rivian is launching this campaign for customer satisfaction and to ensure the quality of Rivian vehicles.
