The Pro EV Charger comes with everything you need for installation and daily use: the charger unit, a durable 25' charging cable, wall mount for the charger, handle holster, Vue Home Energy Monitor with PowerSmart software, and mounting hardware.

Should I get the hardwire or NEMA 14-50 plug?
The NEMA plug has a 40A charge rate while the hardwired model has a charge rate of 48A. If your home has GFCI breakers, we recommend the hardwire model to avoid nuisance tripping as Emporia's EV chargers have their own built-in GFCI protection.

Does the charger include GFCI protection?
Our EV charger has built-in GFCI protection. GFCIs normally add a layer of protection for users, but may cause nuisance tripping if the circuit is protected by a GFCI breaker at the panel. If your breaker has GFCI, we recommend the hardwire model.
