Front Bumper PPF | Rivian R2, Clear Paint Protection Film

Precut clear paint protection film for the Rivian R2’s front bumper, in three coverage options: Middle Only covers the painted center panel between the oval headlights, Sides Only covers the painted bumper sections outboard of each headlight, and Full (3pc) includes all three pieces. It helps protect against rock chips and scratches while keeping the original paint visible. Choose clear gloss 8 mil or 10 mil film, with a manageable wet installation and the essentials included.

Product Features

Protection where it counts: Middle Only covers the painted center section between the oval headlights, where road debris meets the front of the vehicle. Sides Only covers the painted bumper sections outboard of each headlight. Full (3pc) combines all three pieces. The lower trim is outside the coverage of every option.

Precut pieces. Shaped for R2.: Each precut piece follows the contours of its bumper panel: one center piece, plus a driver-side and a passenger-side piece in the Sides Only and Full (3pc) options. There is no pattern to measure and no trimming on the vehicle—just careful alignment before you squeegee the film into place.

Clear film. Original finish.: Optically clear, gloss TPU film preserves the look of your paint beneath a discreet protective layer. The hydrophobic surface helps water bead, and heat helps reduce fine surface marks in the self-healing coating.

Your choice of thickness: Choose 8 mil or thicker 10 mil film. Both thicknesses provide the same coverage for the size you choose and the same clear gloss finish, so the choice of thickness does not change the look you are going for.

A manageable DIY install: Middle Only is a single piece; Sides Only and Full (3pc) add two side pieces that take extra time around the headlights. Follow the installation video through surface preparation, wet alignment, squeegeeing and finishing the edges. Take your time around the curves.

The essentials, included: Your selected film comes with two 2 oz spray bottles for slip and tack solutions, plus a 2 × 2 inch rubber squeegee. Add water to both bottles before you begin, and allow two days for the film to cure after installation.
